/I developed the theme “Love This for You,” a play on “love that for you,” to illustrate how Bluemercury met client needs through curated products, high-touch service, and personalized recommendations. Adapted phrasing included variations like “Love This for Him” and “Love This for Her.”
Across all Bluemercury campaigns, I used data to inform the creative, resulting in a 30% increase in email CTOR and an 8% reduction in unsubscribes, while increasing revenue 30% YoY with 30% fewer sends.
